"بهروز وثوقی، یک زندگی نامه" اسم کتابی است که به نوشته ناشرش -در مقدمه کتاب- قرار بود در ایران چاپ و منتشر شود اما وزارت "ارشاد"مجوز انتشارش را نداد و چاپ یکم کتاب، سال ٢٠٠٤ در ٥ هزار نسخه در آمریکا منتشر شد.
